  We have just had our bathroom converted into a wet room. It looks amazing and is so much better for the family. I would highly recommend this company, they did a full days work every day. Turned up on time every day was polite, considerate and professional. Kept us informed all the time on what was happening each day. We are looking at future work been done by this company.

  I was looking for a one stop building firm to build an extension onto my bungalow, replace a flat roof with a pitched roof, remove the chimney stack and fireplaces as well as remove a wall between the Dining and kitchen rooms.
  This also meant some plastering, plumbing and electrical work.
  
  I saw Nu build do some work locally and was pleased with their results so I asked them for a quote.
  Ray and Andy visited to discuss the project and any issues I had
  The written quote received was competitive and I therefore commissioned them.
  
  The extension was built towards the end of the summer and was completed faster than the 10 weeks planned.
  I was impressed by the efforts made to source stone and bricks to match the original building. Andy went out of his way to achieve this.
  The finish was further improved by removing part of the old walls to blend in the old to new stone and brick work.
  
  Ray and Andy project managed the work smoothly and had some excellent tradesmen on the project. They would text me updates of scheduled work and who was coming on what days.
  
  Brian and Padge have made the external appearance fit in very well and were a joy to watch transform the exterior of the building - from the Stone / brickwork to the roofing.
  Issues with missing lintels and damaged brickwork in old parts of the building were resolved by Padge, who always brought a smile to work whatever the weather.
  
  Plasterers Stuart and Sean were neat and tidy and the finish really nice with “straight and plumb” walls smoothly covered, and edges around the sockets neat.
  
  Interior joinery by Lee and Mark has also been to a high standard, with Lee offering solutions to problems arising from renovation work.
  Lee is also knowledgeable across other areas of trades which helped especially with the fitting of a new kitchen.
  
  The plumbing concerns were sorted by Mark and James, re siting the Boiler and renewing pipework, fitting radiators and Kitchen appliances.
  Checks and gas certificates issued on completion.
  
  Overall I am pleased with the way in which Nu Build have transformed and renovated my old Bungalow, overcoming some significant issues along the way.
  They have an excellent workforce who are skilful and all appear happy to do what they can for you to get the job done right.
  They have been respectful and obliging throughout.
  
  I would consider Ray and Andy’s Nu Build team for any future projects
